Our traditional butcher Mark Lowe offers a selection of the best quality hand cut local meats including beef,  venison, partridge and pheasant directly from the Home Farm as well as working closely with tenant and local farmers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality poultry, pork, and lamb is on offer.  Sausages are hand made on site several times a week.  Mark will do his best to source or cut meat to your requirements.

Our experienced and knowledgeable butcher is always happy to offer his knowledge and advice to our customers and champion livestock well being and low food miles.
