Here you’ll find Terms & Conditions for all Apley Farm Shop offers & vouchers as well as details of our Loyalty Card scheme.  Apley Farm Shop has the right to amend any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice

How Show your Loyalty Card at the cash till before paying
Other notes For every 1 penny you spend on products in Apley Farm Shop, The Creamery Café & Pigg’s Playbarn, you will receive 1 point. We will not exchange Apley Loyalty Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable. Whenever you wish to redeem your points, your receipt total will be reduced by 1 penny per point.
Points cannot be spent in any other business at Apley Farm Shop other than the Apley Food Hall, The Creamery Café & Pigg’s Playbarn. If a Loyalty Card is not used within 12 months, Apley Farm Shop reserves the right to remove from the customer contact list.
Points can be used to reduce your receipt total.
There is no limit on how many points you can redeem in any transaction, so if you wish, you could use them all up in one go & that could mean your points cover the cost of one or more items
The Apley Loyalty Card scheme are operated by Apley Farm Shop & Goulburn Partnerships. Apley Farm Shop can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including these Terms & Conditions, or any individual Apley Loyalty Card account, at any time. All Apley Loyalty Cards belong to Goulburn Partnership. Goulburn Partnership will remove Apley Loyalty Card points from the Apley Loyalty Card accounts that have not been used for 3 years.

Afternoon Teas at Apley Farm Shop, Terms & Conditions

What We require a reservation to be made in advance for afternoon tea by 11am the previous day.
To guarantee a specific date, it is recommended to book at least a month in advance.
All afternoon teas must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure the booking; £15.50 per person/£9 per child under the age of 11.
If secured by a gift voucher & your party don’t arrive, then the gift voucher will become obsolete. Gift vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
Who For anyone booking an Afternoon Tea at Apley Farm Shop
Each afternoon tea is only available per person & is not available for sharing.
When We serve afternoon tea between 3-4:30pm. We close 4:30pm daily (Friday & Saturday 5pm)
We’re open 362 days pa. Closed 25 & 26 Dec & 1 Jan
Running late? We will hold your table for 15 minutes while we try to contact you by phone. If we cannot get in touch with you the table will be released after 15 minutes.

How By completing a booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions, including the use of your e mail address and mobile number for contacting you relating to this booking only. If you are happy to receive our e-newsletters in future, please click HERE to sign up.
We will accept cancellations or changes up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. After this time, no refunds will be made.

Afternoon Teas are available 7 days a week, must be booked with 24hrs’ notice & always begin at 3pm.
How Bookings for any of our big event days (Mothers’ Day, Easter Day etc) must be made online. Please go back to our main tickets page, find the event & make your cafe booking online there.
Reservations requests for normal days can be made here. We will confirm your request asap. It’s not confirmed until a member of staff has contacted you.
Other notes Refunds cannot be issued with less than 24hrs’ notice.
Gift vouchers & Afternoon Tea vouchers are accepted in the Creamery Cafe.

Birthday parties, Terms & Conditions

What Birthday party terms & conditions
Who Parties are for children aged 0-10 yrs
Numbers allowed: 8-14 children per party in our party room. 8-30 children in the whole barn.
After 30 children, any extras will incur an additional charge.
Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking: £150 for the whole playbarn & £20 for our party room
The remaining balance is to be paid before the start of the party.
Payment for Birthday party bookings cannot be in conjunction with any of our other offers, promotions or vouchers.
Food The buffet will be a selection of hot & cold food.
Please make your food selections at least one week in advance, by emailing playbarn@apleyfarmshop.co.uk
All dishes are prepared in our Creamery Cafe, which is not free from nuts, seeds, gluten or lactose.
Dishes may contain traces of these allergens.
Only food supplied in Pigg’s Playbarn can be consumed at the party, with the exception of a birthday cake.
When Birthday parties can be booked on almost any day when we’re open (362 days pa. Closed 25 & 26 Dec & 1 Jan) except on some of our busiest event days

Other notes Children at the party must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Please make sure you have at least one adult for every five children.
Please tell us in advance if members of your party have special needs.
All children attending the party should wear suitable clothing.
We recommend arms & legs are covered & socks must be worn at all times.
Banners & balloons can be put up in the playbarn, but we ask politely whatever you put up, you take down before leaving.
You will be charged for any damage to the fabric of our building eg plaster damage from drawing pins.
We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to breach of health & safety rules.
We accept no liability for theft or damage to personal belongings.
We ask that you follow our rules of play at all times. These are displayed in the Playbarn.

What Corn Loft Conference Room is a private meeting room available for hire to businesses, local groups & for private parties

Skylark Nature Trail – Terms & Conditions

Who All ages
1 ticket is for 1 child. Adults go free but only with a paying child.
All children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
When Tickets can only be used on the day of booking, but can be used at any time that day. The trail is open in line with shop opening times, with last admission at 4pm. The trail is open daily except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day. It may also be closed on selected other days Oct to Jan. These will show as being unavailable on the booking calendar.

How On arrival & before beginning your walk, please collect your fluorescent wristband from the cash till in the Food Hall, Cafe or Playbarn.
All nature trail users must wear their fluorescent wristband very visibly at all times.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. All dog excrement must be picked up. Dog owners must use the bins provided.

What Apley DOG PARK – Terms & Conditions
Who All ages, all dogs
1 ticket is for 1 adult & 1 dog.
This is suitable for dogs NOT jumping fences higher than 5ft.
When Tickets can only be used on the day & at the time of booking. The Dog Park is open in line with shop opening times, with last admission at 4pm. The Park is open daily except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day. It may also be closed on selected other days Oct to Jan. These will show as being unavailable on the booking calendar.

All products ordered will remain the property of Apley Farm Shop Ltd until you have paid for them & we have delivered the products to the address specified by you or they have been collected in our shop.

Delivery (including delivery charges and timescales)

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address.

Please note that certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions and/or timescales.

Hampers

The current delivery charge to England, Wales and central Scotland is from £8. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather conditions.

In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. Collection From Apley Farm Shop

You will need to bring a printout of your order confirmation and one form of identification for the person/organisation paying for the order when you collect from Apley Farm Shop. We’ll be in touch when your order is ready to be collected. All orders can be collected from 9:30am daily.

Delays

Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Changes To Your Order

Any changes to your order must be notified to us within a reasonable time. If you amend or change your order you may find there are changes to your delivery timetable and/or the price you pay for the item (you will be charged the current selling price on the day you amend your order).

Your Right To Cancel

If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel (under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented in the applicable EU member state (“CRD”)), all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. Other cancelled products: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within 14 calendar days the day after you receive the goods or services in accordance with the CRD or otherwise as soon as possible. Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

Where we deliver products to a third party in accordance with your order, you will only be able to exercise this cancellation right if you can return the goods to us (or arrange for us to collect them).
